What do I get when I buy a pattern?
A PDF crochet pattern that you can download immediately after your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
How do I download my pattern?
After checkout you're taken to your order page with a download button for each pattern. Bookmark that page to download again at any time.
Do I need an account?
No. You can buy without creating an account.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated there too.
Which skill level are the patterns?
Every product page shows the skill level (Beginner, Easy, Intermediate or Advanced) and the number of PDF pages, and lists the materials you'll need.
Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
Yes, you can sell finished items that you crochet yourself. You may not resell, share or redistribute the pattern files. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
What is your refund policy?
Because patterns are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final, but we refund broken or incorrect files and duplicate charges. See our Refund Policy.
Something is wrong with my file. What now?
Email support@crochetpack.com with your order details and we'll fix it, usually within 1–2 business days.
