These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CrochetPack ("we," "us," "our") and your purchase of digital crochet pattern products ("Products") through crochetpack.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
All Products sold on the Site are digital files (PDF crochet patterns) delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. Products are made available for download immediately after your order is completed.
2. Order processing & payment
Checkout and payment on this Site are handled by Paddle.com, our order reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and is the merchant you will see on your bank or card statement. Your order and any payment dispute is subject to Paddle's own buyer terms in addition to this policy.
3. License to use purchased patterns
When you purchase a pattern from CrochetPack, you receive a personal-use license to the PDF pattern. Unless a specific listing states otherwise, you may:
- Use the pattern to make items for personal use or gifting.
- Sell finished items you make by hand from the pattern.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the pattern file itself.
- Upload the pattern to any other website, marketplace, sharing platform, or file-sharing service.
- Claim the pattern design as your own.
4. Account & delivery
No account is required to purchase. Download links are provided immediately after checkout and, where applicable, by email. Keep your own backup copy of any pattern you intend to use again, as download links may expire after a reasonable period.
5. Intellectual property
All patterns, images, and content on this Site are owned or licensed by CrochetPack for commercial resale. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of a purchased pattern, including errors in a pattern or materials used to complete a project.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
